Role:

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand requirements and develop solutions as per the need.
• Ability to support technical analysis / operational activities as needed.
• ITIL process expertise.
• Business Documentation.
• ITIL Foundation certification . (Nice to Have).
• Knowledge & Experience on Servicenow ITSM Implementation.
• Knowledge of third party application Integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working.
• Finding the best technical solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems
  related to Servicenow ITSM.
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of Servicenow ITSM to
  project stakeholders.
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements pertaining to Servicenow ITSM.
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
• Plan, build & deploy technical solution related to Servicenow ITSM environment architecture
  along with integrations with third party applications.

Qualification:

•       B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech, MCA

Screening Criteria

•       Immediate/before 08th December’2023.
•       Location:  Bangalore

Primary skills (Must Have):

• ITIL process expertise.
• Servicenow ITSM Implementation.
• Agile

Secondary skills:

• ITSM

Interview Details:

•          Video screening with HR
•          L1 -  Technical Interview
•          L2 -  Technical and HR Round
•          L3 -  Technical and HR Round
•          L4 -  Technical and HR Round         
• Mode of interviews: Candidate should come F2F at 1^st or 2^nd round of interview.
