We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions to banks and insurance companies and a deep understanding of the BFSI sector.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales in the BFSI sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks and insurance
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and market trends
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet the needs of BFSI clients, Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the BFSI sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships within the BFSI industry.
Strong network of contacts within banks and insurance companies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred-Experience working with systems integrators or large technology dealers.
Preferred-Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
